Product description: Amoxicillin (Klavox 156mg) is an antibiotic in a group of medicines called penicillins. Amoxicillin (Klavox 156mg) fights bacteria in the body. Potassium clavulanate is a form of clavulanic acid (Klavox 156 mg), which is similar to penicillin. Potassium clavulanate fights bacteria that are often resistant to penicillin and other antibiotics. The combination of amoxicillin (Klavox 156mg) and potassium clavulanate is used to treat many different infections caused by bacteria, such as sinusitis, pneumonia, ear infections, bronchitis, urinary tract infections, and skin infections. It is indicated for Klavox 156mg-600 to treat children with recurrent or persistent acute otitis media due to S. (including beta-lactamase producing strains) characterized by the following risk factors: exposure to antibiotics for acute otitis media within the previous three months, and any of the following: age ≤ 2 years or infancy. How to use: Prepare suspension at the time of use as follows: press the bottle until the powder flows freely. Add about two-thirds of the total amount of water for reconstitution and shake vigorously to suspend the powder. Add the remaining water and shake vigorously again. Each teaspoon (5 ml) will contain 600 mg of amoxicillin (Klavox 156 mg) as trihydrate and 42.9 mg of clavulanic acid (Klavox 156 mg) as potassium salt. Usage: To reduce the likelihood of gastrointestinal intolerance, Klavox 156mg-600 should be taken at the beginning of a meal. The absorption of potassium clavulanate can be enhanced when taking Klavox 156mg-600 at the beginning of a meal.
