NOVABLAST is ASICS' bouncy, lively daily trainer: a tall, soft sole that gives back some of the energy of every step, equally good for your first kilometres and for regular training. Generation 6 launched in Japan in July 2026.

What is new in generation 6

• FF TURBO² forefoot layer on top of the FF BLAST MAX midsole — more rebound at toe-off.
• ASICSGRIP rubber in the forefoot for grip on varied surfaces, with a trampoline-style forefoot structure.
• Slightly narrower, lighter platform than NOVABLAST 5.

Who is it for?

For new runners and regular runners who want a light, comfortable, lively shoe for every day. It is not a stability shoe — if your ankle rolls inward, GT-2000 15 is the better pick.
