SUPERBLAST is a plateless super trainer: a very tall, light sole for daily miles and faster sessions — many runners race in it too. Generation 3 launched in Japan in March 2026 and is sized unisex.

What is new in generation 3

• FF LEAP top layer — ASICS' lightest, most resilient foam, the same used in METASPEED racers: about 10 g lighter and about 15.2% more rebound than before.
• FF BLAST PLUS bottom layer for stability and durability.
• New trampoline structure in the ASICSGRIP outsole for extra bounce.
