Carlos Migeas owns La Valentina farm which is 25 hectares, where he grows 23 hectares of coffee, citrus, and banana. Coffee is harvested at Finca La Valentina and is ripe and dry fermented for 3 days, then sun-dried for 12 to 15 days.
