How to Use

1. On dry skin, scoop an appropriate amount and massage gently over the face (and eyes if needed) until makeup dissolves.
2. Add a little water to emulsify the balm into a milk.
3. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. For best results, follow with a water‑based cleanser as your second step (Double Cleanse).
