Aquasil is an antimicrobial dressing used to treat acute and difficult-to-treat wounds that are infected or at risk of infection. The dressing contains Hydrofibre and Silver Thread Technology which work together to provide effective bio-plaque control within the dressing.

Use of Aquasil dressings

Aquasil dressings are applied to the wound by simply placing them over the wound and leaving them in place until they become damp. The dressing can be changed as needed, but is usually changed every day or two.

Contraindications
