A safe space where we calm external noise to get closer to our inner voice, and explore the meaning of love as we truly experience it in our lives. This is not just a session about romantic love... but about your love for yourself, your internal image of it, your way of receiving it, and your hidden patterns within it. Through guided meditation and sound healing with studied frequencies and sound tools, we will travel together to the roots of your understanding of love: How did you learn it? How does it shape you internally? And how does it affect your relationship with yourself and others today? What will you gain? • Deeper awareness of your hidden patterns in love • Understanding how your past experiences influence your reception of love today • Releasing stuck emotions in the space of the heart gently and safely • A feeling of connection, reassurance, and internal containment • A space to renew your relationship with yourself before any external relationship • Receiving love more calmly and clearly This journey is not about searching for love... but about reminding you that you are fundamentally the source of it.
