How to use

Will it show on black or dark brown hair?

Level 10 is very light, and colour alone usually can't take dark hair that light; it works best on light blonde or pre-lightened hair. For dark hair, pre-lightening by a professional is recommended.

Is developer included?

No – the pack is a 100ml colour tube only, and developer is bought separately. It is usually mixed 1:1.5 (colour : developer); always follow the pack instructions.
