He, may God have mercy on him, was a presence and activity in listening and sight, attendance and work. He held positions and moved through official and unofficial works. He moved through public service in universities as a professor, and in administration as a director, in the ministry as an undersecretary and minister. He held high official leadership positions. When he left the place, his status remained because God endowed him with a noble, sincere, honest soul, through which he gained knowledge, experience, and life experience, and weighed life and explored its paths. He had a distinguished social presence, never hiding from a student in need or raising a grievance, never stingy with his status, quick to raise grievances as much as he could by his work or intercession.
