Why knowledge? Knowledge is not just acquiring scientific information or possessing intellectual information and material possession of technology, but the knowledge that now represents the spirit of the age is a methodology in understanding and studying reality based on critical thinking with the aim of experimental intervention for change. And here, knowledge is a systemic cognitive structures, a social cultural phenomenon, as it is a unified cognitive system with the structure of society and its activities. It is not scattered knowledge, but a methodology employed in serving the structure of society, working to its cohesion, continuous progress, facing its challenges, and shaping its future. Therefore, it is a social institution and a civilizational element. And knowledge is a tool for self-realization through cultural, economic, and political awareness, and a tool for self-defense, guaranteeing security, and winning in the struggle for existence... And it is our duty to realize that the culture of knowledge does not arise or prevail to represent a general climate except in a productive society for knowledge, a homeland for knowledge, and thus the culture of knowledge is a factor of support and motivation towards more achievement, more enjoyment of life, in terms of understanding life phenomena, and understanding the rules of managing life.
