The current Jew

Fatima was reading the Quran to Salem, the young Jewish man, and teaching him the Arabic language. And he was teaching her the Hebrew language. They loved each other but it was a forbidden love in the shadow of the conflict between Jews and Muslims in the Yemeni village of Reida. They went without caring about the protesting voices. They settled in Sana'a where another journey of confrontation began... A strong love story that takes the reader into the atmosphere of the conflict experienced by Yemen in the eighteenth century.
