The study included in the book began from the city's submission to Ottoman rule until King Abdulaziz was able to annex it in the year 1344 AH / 1926 AD, which is the date we focused on, because the conditions of Jeddah changed significantly, and this encourages us in the future to continue documenting the history of Jeddah during the Saudi era, Inshallah.
