Relationships between employees and the role of the manager in shaping them

The reason for my choice of this book's topic is due to an explosion of desire within me from the suffering and reality I have lived with over the years of my work, so I wanted to stand and understand the extent of the manager's influence in shaping relationships between employees. This, in addition to, through my association and hearing some stories of my colleagues and their experiences outside the workplace, I found that many of their experiences confirm the importance of the book's topic.
