Legal protection of travelers' rights on trains: a comparative analytical study

This study addresses the responsibility of the train operator towards train passengers, the nature of this responsibility, and the mechanisms that ensure the passenger's rights are upheld in case of violation by the train operator, as well as the obligations of train passengers, with discussion and analysis of relevant Islamic legal opinions, and the development of appropriate solutions for the train operator's breach of obligations and ways to address that, in order to reach a comprehensive and effective legal regulation that guarantees the protection of train passengers' rights.
