The book does not seek to explore the causes of the illness nor claim to offer effective solutions, but rather follows the footprints of the two men in American lands, conveying the beauty of the breathtaking nature and shedding light on the customs and traditions of different communities, glimpsing into the rituals and ceremonies prevalent in some, and delving into the father's inner feelings and anxieties, as well as his son’s, both longing for a miracle.
