The Muhammadan virtues

This book is considered an important source among the many sources that preserved for us the virtues of the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم. The compiler divided the book into 56 chapters, and each chapter has a title that includes a brief reference to what the hadiths in that chapter contain. He commented on some of the texts he mentioned with explanation, clarification, and elucidation at times, and with discussion of the chains of narration at other times; correcting and weakening, favoring one opinion over another, or clarifying the name of a narrator mentioned vaguely in the chain, and so on. Sometimes he combines explanation and discussion of the chains. The book contains 415 authenticated texts, which vary between uttered and action-based hadiths, and sayings stopped on the Companions and the Tabi‘un.
