The book "Nuzhat al-Ibad" is derived from the benefits of "Zad al-Maad," by the author Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyyah, a collection of wisdoms, benefits, and lessons derived from the book "Zad al-Maad fi Hadi Khayr al-Ibad" by Ibn al-Qayyim himself. The book covers various chapters on the Prophet's guidance صلى الله عليه وسلم in worship, transactions, prophetic medicine, jihad, and judicial rulings, with deep legal and ethical comments and insights. The aim of the book is to bring the benefits of "al-Zad" closer to the general readers, and to turn the prophetic biography into a practical lantern that guides to the righteousness of this world and the hereafter.
