International Commercial Arbitration in light of the principles of the UN Model Law and Islamic Sharia rules: A comparative study

This study represents the basic UNIDROIT rules that govern international commercial arbitration and their points of convergence with local legislation, as these rules are the only ones related to international trade. Except for UNIDROIT, these international rules are found within scattered international texts such as arbitration center regulations and customs governing them, including the International Chamber of Commerce in Paris.
