Centennial of criminal procedures

During fifty-five years of application, this magazine has known many modifications and additions in legislative texts and has not resolved contradictions in judicial opinions and divergences in Islamic jurisprudence. This forum reflected this legal and judicial momentum in the subject of procedures. It was also an occasion to acknowledge that, after more than fifty years of applying this magazine, it no longer aligns with the requirements of the democratic state and does not meet the needs of prompt and fair criminal trials, making its review an inevitable matter.
