The book of Ibn Farkoon Al-Andalusi, poet of Granada. This book presents features of Ibn Farkoon's life, which he spent in Granada, and addresses the following points: his name, nickname, lineage, birth, family, his connection with the writers of his era, and his... his poetry, his works, and his status. These are the new aspects in this study, which relied on the poet's diwan and his book (Mazhar Al-Noor). The researcher discussed the themes of his poetry after arranging them according to the importance of each theme and the poet's familiarity with each one, working to make each theme a separate study. It began with the theme of poetry, its place in Andalusian poetry and in Granada's poetry, then presented what the poet said about it, linking it to his contemporaries among Granada's poets, and concluded with a summary that ended the discussion of the theme, summarizing the results reached. Then, the poetry of Ibn Farkoon was studied from an artistic perspective, addressing the structure of the poem, poetic language, musicality of poetry, tradition, and innovation. The study of Ibn Farkoon's themes and the artistic analysis of these themes confirmed that the poet did not fall behind the ranks of poets of his era, nor was he less in literary stature; rather, he was among the most prominent in the first quarter of the 9th Hijri century. His poetry documented this phase of Granada's life with all its dimensions.
