How to use:

Wrap the band around your left wrist. Place the screen on your wrist with your palm facing up. The skin on your wrist should be bare. Secure the band. Avoid pulling it too tightly and overly tight. The edge of the band should be about 1cm from the palm line.

Sit upright and rest your lower arm on the device case so that it is at the same height as your heart. Relax and proceed to the measurement while maintaining a normal posture. Take the measurement and record your blood pressure at the same time each day to determine the trend of your blood pressure.
