Main features Total training hours 12 hours per month distributed as follows: Number of training hours per day 1 Number of training sessions per week 3 sessions Obtain the yellow belt The minimum duration of training must be at least two months to be able to get the yellow belt certificate approved by the Saudi Karate Federation, in addition to passing the requirements.
