Steel Twitch

Self-Locking Metal Twitch – Manual or Automatic Restraint for Safe Horse Handling

A specialized tool designed to temporarily calm horses during grooming or veterinary procedures. Made entirely of strong, durable metal, this twitch offers the flexibility of manual or self-locking use, allowing handlers to secure the horse without needing an extra person.

The self-locking mechanism works by placing the twitch on the horse’s upper lip, then wrapping the attached rope tightly and securing it to the built-in metal hook, keeping the twitch firmly in place without the need to hold it manually.

This design is ideal for daily stable use, especially with nervous horses, as it provides effective and temporary calming that ensures safer handling during routine tasks.
