How to Use:

1. Prepare the Leather:

Begin by cleaning the leather surface thoroughly to remove dust, dirt, or debris. Use a soft-bristled brush or a clean, damp cloth to wipe gently. (For best results, use Fiebing’s Saddle Soap before applying the conditioner).

2. Test Compatibility:

Before applying to the entire surface, test the conditioner on a small, hidden area of the leather to ensure it gives the desired result.

3. Apply the Conditioner:

Apply a small amount of conditioner to a clean, soft cloth or applicator pad. A thin, even coat is sufficient—there’s no need for a thick layer.

4. Work in Sections:

Work on one section at a time using circular motions. Ensure full coverage, paying special attention to dry or cracked areas such as folds and seams.

5. Allow Absorption:

Let the conditioner sit for a few minutes to allow deep absorption into the leather fibers—this moisturizes and nourishes from within.

6. Buff and Polish:

Once absorbed, gently buff the surface with a clean, dry cloth. This removes any excess and leaves a smooth, polished finish.

7. Repeat as Needed:

Depending on the leather’s condition, you may apply additional coats. Allow each layer to dry completely before adding another.

8. Optional – Heat Treatment:

For deeper penetration, you may gently warm the leather using a hairdryer or heat gun on a low setting. Avoid overheating to prevent damage.

9. Storage:

Close the container tightly and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to maintain product quality.

10. Regular Maintenance:

Repeat the conditioning process periodically, especially if the leather item is used frequently or exposed to harsh elements.
