Product Overview

The Dophin CF-300 external filter is a compact, high-efficiency canister filtration system, specially designed to provide powerful and professional purification for planted aquariums and various types of fish tanks (freshwater and marine). It features a compact external design that saves space inside the aquarium, alongside a powerful and quiet pump that ensures optimal water flow and excellent purification.

Primary Uses

1. Providing an integrated mechanical and biological filtration system to ensure clarity and purity of the aquarium water.

2. Effectively purifying water from suspended impurities, waste, and unwanted odors using sponge baskets and filter media.

3. Supporting the colonization of beneficial (biological) bacteria to achieve sustainable environmental balance inside the aquarium.

4. Regularly moving and circulating aquarium water to prevent stagnation and raise dissolved oxygen levels.

Benefits and Features

1. Powerful Performance and High Flow: Delivers a flow rate of up to 410 liters/hour for fast and efficient purification.

2. Compact External Canister Design: Reduces visible equipment inside the aquarium and gives it an elegant aesthetic appearance.

3. Multiple Filter Media Baskets: Equipped with sponge layers and multiple media to accurately trap the smallest impurities and particles.

4. High Economic Efficiency: Operates at only 6.7 Watts to save electricity consumption while maintaining strong performance.

5. Versatile: Perfectly suited for freshwater, marine, and planted aquariums.

How to Use

1. Prepare and install the inlet and outlet hoses and tubes included with the filter.

2. Place the filter media and sponges inside the inner baskets of the filter in the correct order.

3. Fill the canister body completely with water before operation to ensure air evacuation and smooth pump operation.

4. Place the filter in its appropriate external location (beside or below the aquarium), then connect it to the power source (220-240 volts) and turn it on.

Important Guidelines

1. It is recommended to clean the filter media and sponges regularly using siphoned aquarium water to preserve beneficial bacteria and avoid damaging them.

2. Completely disconnect the filter from the electrical current before starting any periodic maintenance or cleaning work.

3. Ensure that the hoses and flow tubes are free of any kinks or clogs to guarantee a stable water flow rate.
