• Age requirement: Over 18 years old.
• The SIM card cannot be cancelled after it has been activated and registered in the customer's name.
• The new SIM card will be activated upon receipt. Please contact us via WhatsApp after receiving it for activation.
• How to activate SIM cards through the Nafath app:

1: To activate your SIM card, please make sure to download the Nafath app from the app store.

2: Then activate the Nafath application and send your ID number to the store employee via WhatsApp, as explained below.

3: A code will be sent to you by an employee for verification.

4: Confirm the code sent to you and activation will be immediate.
