The farm's history begins about 150 years ago, with Don Miguel Solano. The farm used to grow many things like corn, beans, and coffee beans for the personal use of the Solano family. Don Miguel taught his son Roman coffee cultivation, until Roman grew up, took over the farm after Miguel's death, and began transforming it fully into a coffee farm.
