Grape leaves (or yabrak, or warak al-duwali, or warq al-areesh al-Lubnani, or dolma, or dullama, or yelengi, or cabbage) is a dish made of rolled grape leaves and other plants stuffed with rice, vegetables, spices, meat sometimes and others. The origin of this dish goes back to Turkey where it was cooked during the Ottoman Empire days by stuffing grape leaves with rice, spices, and minced meat.
