Tamarisk tree

The ashtar is one of the most trees tolerant of difficult conditions and salty soil. And from our local trees, the ashtar is used as windbreaks, and contributes to soil stabilization and desertification prevention. Its fast growth and the beauty of its hanging branches make it an ideal choice for farmers and gardens. Acquiring an ashtar tree from the Dahna Green Association is an environmentally smart choice that contributes to increasing green space and combating desertification.
