Product description
The block ladder mesh, made of galvanized steel, is laid horizontally between the brick courses to connect and strengthen the wall, preventing horizontal cracking. It is placed between several courses according to the wall design and is available in four widths to suit common block sizes.
Specifications

Why is galvanizing important?
The mesh is buried within the damp mortar and remains there for the life of the building. The galvanized coating prevents rust, which can spread and crack the wall from the inside over the years.
Frequently Asked Questions
- Which mesh size should I choose? Choose a mesh size approximately 3–5 cm narrower than the block's thickness to ensure it's covered with mortar on both sides. For a 20 cm block, choose a 15 cm mesh size, and for a 15 cm block, choose a 10 cm mesh size.
- How many courses should be laid? The common practice is every 3-4 courses, and refer to the structural plan.
- And a size of 5 cm? For thin walls and interior partitions.
