Card terms

• The electronic gift card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

• Refunds are only available at a Redtag store. Refunds are not accepted online, on our website, or via our mobile app.

• The electronic gift card is redeemable only in the country where it was purchased.

The available balance on the card is displayed at the time of purchase.

The available balance on the electronic gift card can only be displayed at any Redtag branch in the country where it was purchased.

This card is only valid for full-priced products and can be redeemed multiple times before it expires until all the balance is used up.

If the purchase amount exceeds the available card amount, the remaining amount must be paid by the customer who redeemed the card.

• The electronic gift card is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

· The electronic gift card cannot be used to purchase another electronic gift card.

The electronic gift card will automatically expire 12 months after the date of purchase.

The card's validity cannot be extended after its expiry date.

Redtag will not be held responsible for the loss, theft, theft, or unauthorized use of the electronic gift card.

In the event of a refund or exchange of goods, the Red Tag refund policy applies.
