Silent diaries

Memories of a gloomy person I spent nearly fifty days in mental health clinics, I was accompanied only by my pen, paper, and books, I created for myself a world of nothingness, I relied on my diaries so I wouldn't fall into the abyss. My journey with diaries began as a record of events so I could tell my therapist what happened to me during the past week. Me and depression disorder, I even lost my memory, and I also needed a way to vent the intense psychological pressure I was subjected to.
