Product description

After you enjoyed with us the Salvadoran coffee experience of El Cebres in the past few days; we have chosen for you this new harvest from El Salvador also from a different area at an altitude ranging between 1300-1400 meters above sea level from the beautiful Apanica Ilambatik mountain range. The Carmen province is one of the main areas in the production of specialty coffee in Central America where its farms have been managed by the illustrious Antonio Alvaro family for about a hundred years, and four successive generations have cultivated coffee until today. 60% of the coffee cherry trees there grow slowly under shade, and they age less quickly which helps the coffee cherries to ripen evenly, as well as contributes to intensifying the natural sugars and enhancing the coffee's hints.
