In the Apanica mountain range, the Elampitic Svaldurian, with beautiful scenery, in the heart of one of the best areas producing specialty coffee in Central America, you will find the Alvaro family farm that has been working in coffee cultivation for a century. 60% of the coffee cherry trees there grow slowly in the shade, and they age at a slower rate, which helps the coffee cherries ripen evenly, as well as contributes to intensifying the natural sugars of the coffee and enhancing its hints, making its taste wonderful after the roasting process.
