Synopsis:
We live in an era where many inputs infiltrate our souls like (thieves), stealing our comfort and tranquility, leaving us only alienation from ourselves! And leaving us prisoners of negative feelings and thoughts that have no control.
And nothing is worse than that theft except another theft, when we turn to mental health specialists, and find some of them pushing us further and further into the depths!
They exploit our complete submission to them, and they operate under the assumption that they are the sheikhs of the era (the new ones) whom many have replaced the sheikhs of religion with!
They harm intentionally or unintentionally...
Perhaps the latest (victims of these thefts in our modern age) are the youth, the power to build or destroy nations alike...
In this book, I have sought to reveal the relationship between some of the common entries of these prevalent thefts and their connection to mental health, supported by studies and statistics presented to critics and researchers, with an emphasis on noting their shortcomings.
I also modestly endeavored to clarify important psychological aspects and entries that have been hidden from them...
Because awareness of these is the key to immunity and liberation...
I concluded the book with a number of recovery stories for the most common psychological disorders from the reality of counseling sessions, away from the methods of "thieves of mental health," hoping to revive hope and motivation for work among those whose hearts have been burdened by worries and struggles of life.
