Product description
Jasmine plant, Avalanche snow collapse, Climatis 'Avalanche', it is an evergreen plant, non-climbing, sprawling or climbing, with pure white flowers reaching up to 4 cm in diameter, in early spring to mid-spring. The flowers are produced abundantly to the point that they create a collapse of flowers and suffocate the beautiful dark green, shiny, leathery leaves. This evergreen plant grows at a moderate speed and can weave between trees, roses, and tall shrubs. It is ideal when trained along a wall, fence, balcony, or as ground cover. The Climatis 'Avalanche' flower produces clusters of pure white "male" flowers with yellow stamens. They are the largest flowers in this evergreen group of Climatis plants. We recommend planting it in a container unless the soil is well-drained or has been carefully improved for drainage. Also known as x cartmanii 'Avalanche' and 'Blaaval'.
Cultivation tips: These plants belong to the jasmine family, originating from New Zealand, and have attractive evergreen leaves. They are perfectly suitable for growing in well-drained soil or in containers with good drainage or Alpine fertilizer, and may prefer more protected areas in your garden. 'Early Sensation' produces stunning seed heads when grown alongside 'Joe'. These jasmine plants are dioecious (produce either male or female flowers).
