Socrates Cafe - Christopher Phillips

The book "Socrates Café" shows you how Socrates' style of questioning is suitable for both children and adults. Washington Post "Philips did not only present the basics of philosophical thinking in this charming guide in the style of 'Philosophy for Beginners,' but also revisited what led him to establish his mobile program, and retold some of the most enthusiastic sessions, which sometimes show surprising and deep reflections on the meaning of love, friendship, work, aging, and other big life questions. His advice on how to run a Socrates Café will inspire question lovers to establish their own gatherings." USA Today Romanian poet and writer Ceesil wrote that Socrates was the first to bring philosophy down from the sky. Chris Philips may be the first to convince people to introduce it into shopping malls. Star Ledger-Newark (New Jersey)
