Fitting instructions

Read the full leaflet before use. Correct fitting is essential for comfort and effectiveness.

1. Attach the lead to the control ring and release the neck buckle.
2. Fit the neck strap high at the base of the skull and above the Adam’s apple, leaving the nose loop hanging under the chin for now.
3. Check that one finger can fit under the strap and your dog can pant comfortably without distress.
4. Remove the strap, open the sliding clamp and move it towards the control ring, then enlarge the nose loop through the centre double D-ring.
5. Slip the loop over the nose and reconnect the neck strap in its adjusted position.
6. Move the sliding clamp beneath the jaw. The nose loop should sit in front of the eyes and behind the mouth corners, loose enough to pull forward to the start of the fleshy part of the nose.
7. Close the sliding clamp after adjustment and start walking. To remove, release the neck buckle and slide off the nose loop without reopening the sliding clamp.

Care and storage

Avoid repeatedly opening and closing the sliding clamp unnecessarily, as this can damage it. Recheck the fit as your dog grows. Store safely and dispose of packaging in household rubbish.
