Take Two navy textured maxi dress with V neck, smocked waist and tiered skirt

A maxi dress in navy, in a light fabric with a raised check texture woven into the cloth, with a V neckline and long, slightly full sleeves ending in elasticated cuffs. The waist is smocked with rows of shirring that draw the fabric in under the bust, then the skirt falls in three tiers separated by fine frilled seams down to the ankle. The fabric is polyester.
