Lichi cream polka-dot blouse with ruffled V-neck and peplum hem

A Lichi blouse in cream with black polka dots, in a lightweight fabric with a straight cut that narrows slightly at the waist. The deep V-neckline is framed by a wide ruffle that runs down both sides of the front, the long sleeves end in elasticated bell cuffs, and the hem finishes in a short ruffled peplum.
