This is a summary of my conversation with our friend Enzo when he visited us at Usar Roastery. Enzo is the owner of our Indonesian crop Lara, which comes from the Enzo farm that ranked fifth in one of its harvests across Indonesia 🏆. Today, we present the Lara crop to coffee lovers and connoisseurs who are our strongest motivation at Usar for continuous and ongoing pursuit of the best tasting origins around the world. So when you get the Lara crop, you are not only sharing with us the inspiring success story of Enzo farm's harvests, but you will also enjoy a high level of prominent tropical fruitiness in this crop (pomegranate - Yusuf Effendi - fig - flowers), which increased the crop's sweetness, smooth texture, and a beautiful taste that lingers in the mouth for a long time 🍊. Despite the difficulty of the drying stage amid Indonesia's consistently rainy tropical weather, Enzo farm's team succeeds with the natural classic processing method, an ancient process dating back more than 20 years, where the coffee is dried in the sun in a large yard over 25 days with a cherry rest period of about a month. This is a highly selective process when it comes to pre-cleaning before the rest of the process, and even the fruit selection is very strict to ensure the resulting flavor is complex 🤌🏻. I won't hide from you how much our roasters at Usar enjoy roasting the beans and continuing the success story of Enzo farm, crowning their great efforts to deliver Lara crop to Usar customers as it should be 👌🏻. A crop that deserves your palate 🤤. Coffee specifications: Processing: dried Country: Indonesia - Gayo Implications: pomegranate - Yusuf Effendi - fig - flowers Implications are the things that come to mind when tasting coffee, and they are different from flavors. Altitude above sea level: 1400 meters. Of course, the higher the coffee trees are above sea level, the more intense and stronger the implications, and its beauty increases. But this does not prevent very beautiful crops from low altitudes, especially recently, beautiful crops from Brazil have been coming, where coffee farms are at altitudes ranging from 800 to 1200 meters.
