Oxygen Cream Fragrant Color Developer 40 Vol from Zero 35 - 150ml: Contains oxygen fragrant cream color developer with mineral oil that coats the hair and provides maximum protection during coloring. The delicate texture of the cream peroxide ensures quick mixing with the dye. It has a pleasant scent. pH level 3.0-3.5. Uses 10 Vol (3%) for coloring the shade, one shade darker, and for even hair color. Uses 20 Vol (6%) for coloring with lightening by 1-2 levels. Uses 30 Vol (9%) for coloring with lightening by 2-3 levels. Uses 40 Vol (12%) for coloring with lightening by 3-4 levels. Method of use: Mix with dye or lightening agent in appropriate ratios.
