Etrea Children's Center Subscription Policy: Fees and Payment Policy: Full payment must be made before the start of the subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable after payment. Entry and Exit Procedures: The management must be notified in advance of the exit mechanism. Absence Policy: Child's absence cannot be compensated with days or hours, and the center is not obliged to reschedule missed activities. Subscription can be frozen with a fee of 50 riyals per week according to the center's regulations and systems. Punctuality is required; any delay of more than 10 minutes after the end of the program will incur additional charges. Health and Safety: The guardian must fully disclose any food allergies or health or behavioral issues; failure to do so releases the center from any liability that may result. The center has the right to refuse acceptance of the child if symptoms of illness appear to ensure everyone's safety. The center has the right to terminate the subscription if behaviors that endanger the child or other children appear. Others: Your child must be able to independently enter the bathroom without diapers. Children's work will be photographed and documented and published on the center's social media accounts; if you do not wish to have your child's photos published, please inform us. To prevent our young ones from losing their valuable belongings, it is preferable that the child does not bring any personal items. Emergencies: The center has the right to take appropriate action in emergency situations (God forbid) and to contact the guardian immediately. Acknowledgment and Agreement: Registering the child at the center constitutes acknowledgment of the guardian's agreement to all approved policies and regulations without exception.
