Late fee - for 15 minutes

Etreya Center Children's Subscription Policy: To ensure our little ones' comfort and enjoyment in our center, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following: - An additional fee will be charged for late pickup after 4:30 PM for the daytime session and after 11:30 PM for the evening session. The fee is calculated after 10 minutes. - If you wish to switch between the daytime and evening sessions, a fee of 100 riyals will be imposed (approval for transfer is granted after seat availability is confirmed). - There is no freeze option during Ramadan. - Early registration offers are available until February 28 or until seats are filled. - In case of child's absence or delay, the center is not obliged to reschedule missed activities. - The guardian must disclose any health issues the child suffers from. - If the administration notices any of the following symptoms in your child (fever, runny nose, cough), we apologize for not accepting your child. - Punctuality in arrival and departure is required; any delay after the program ends will incur additional charges. - Your child must be able to independently enter the bathroom. - Children's work in various activities will be photographed and documented and shared on the center’s social media accounts. If you do not wish to have your child's photos published, please inform us. - To prevent our little ones from losing their valuable belongings, it is preferable that children do not bring personal items (electronic devices, toys, jewelry, money, etc.). - There is no compensation for days the child is absent. - There are no refunds after registration. - If your child suffers from chronic illnesses or behavioral problems, please inform us. - Adherence to the center’s rules regarding discipline and good conduct is required.
