Etreya Children's Center Subscription Policy: Fees and Payment Policy Full payment must be made before the start of the subscription. Subscription fees are non-refundable. Entry and Exit Procedures We must be notified of the exit procedure. Absence Policy Child's absence is not compensated with days or hours, and the center is not obliged to reschedule missed activities. Punctuality is required for arrival and departure, and any delay of more than 10 minutes after the end of the program will incur additional charges. Health and Safety The guardian is committed to fully disclose any food allergies or health or behavioral issues; failure to do so releases the center from any responsibility that may result. The center has the right to refuse to accept the child if symptoms of illness appear to ensure everyone's safety. The center has the right to terminate the subscription if behaviors that endanger the child or others appear. Others: Your child must be able to independently enter the bathroom without diapers. Children's activities will be photographed and documented and shared via the center's social media accounts; if you do not wish to have your child's photos published, please inform us. To prevent our young ones from losing their valuable belongings, it is preferable that the child does not bring any personal items.
