Weekend event subscription policy at Ithraa Center for children: To ensure our little ones' comfort and enjoyment in our center, we kindly ask you to adhere to the following: - Mothers are prohibited from waiting more than 5 minutes to avoid congestion. - Comply with the arrival and departure times, and if the child is late for more than 10 minutes upon pickup, additional fees will be charged. - In case of the child's absence or delay in attendance, the center is not obligated to reschedule missed activities. - There is no compensation for days the child is absent, and no refunds after registration. - The guardian must notify the management to determine the child's exit procedure and inform us via WhatsApp. - The guardian must disclose any health problems the child suffers from. - If your little one has chronic illnesses or behavioral issues, please inform us. - If the management notices any of the following symptoms in your child (fever, runny nose, cough), we apologize for not being able to accept your child. - Your child must be able to independently use the restroom. - Children's activities are photographed and documented, and shared via the center's social media accounts; if you do not wish for your child's photos to be published, please inform us. - To prevent our little ones from losing their valuable belongings, it is preferable that the child does not bring any personal items (electronic devices, toys, jewelry, money, etc.). - Adherence to the center's rules regarding discipline and good conduct.
