Normal newborn care includes /* care for premature infants .* monitoring swallowing difficulty .* monitoring nutrition during normal periods .* monitoring general hygiene .* caring for recurrent pains in newborns .*Critical case: caring for newborns and children suffering from chronic diseases who need care such as feeding through the nose, feeding through the stomach, as well as removing phlegm from the mouth directly or through an open larynx, disinfecting wounds or bed ulcers, as well as excretion through colostomy bags. Critical newborn care includes /* natural feeding or feeding through the nose or feeding through the stomach .* normal breathing or steam breathing or breathing through the nasal tube or breathing through the trachea.* removing phlegm through the mouth or through the tracheostomy opening .* excretion (urine and stool) naturally or with medical intervention or through colostomy bags for both genders .* blood sugar and blood pressure .* skin diseases .* various types of paralysis * heart diseases. Features: 1) staying in the patient's home. 2) daily work for 12 hours a day. 3) two days off per month for the caregiver with providing a substitute if requested. 4) periodic supervision and follow-up by professional and administrative specialists.
