Flowers of the darkness

Qasim, the lost young man, is forced to carry identities he did not choose, and always pays the price for mistakes he did not commit. But he finds an escape from his life and circumstances when Dr. Ramzi Al-Nuwai proposes traveling with him to the land of the leader "Big Boss" to perform a mummification operation for the leader's young daughter who died under mysterious circumstances. Their arrival coincides with a mysterious epidemic spreading in the country that attacks only girls, and Ramzi finds his opportunity in suggesting a project to "beautify" the deceased, and he quickly faces accusations and suspicions. However, Qasim, who is swept along by the doctor as if bewitched and under his illusion, cannot confirm the truth of what is said, nor deny it. Is the doctor really connected to the epidemic? This time, Mariz Kondi leads us from one mystery to another in a gripping plot that strangely combines issues of identity, race, and religion, to tell us about "Flowers of Darkness," which Ramzi believes are the only ones worthy of desire.
