He is the same man who stands in the prayer niche at night, lighting the lamp of worship out of love and longing for his Lord, weeping before Him until his feet are worn out. He is the same man who does not betray an enemy, nor break a promise, nor reveal a secret, nor favor falsehood, nor compromise on truth. His mercy extends to include the bird, the tree, the stone, and the inanimate.
