Although, some individuals may appear as geniuses, in an exceptional rare manner, the origin, of genius, is that it is not an innate trait, but it is, even at its highest peak; nothing but the product of strong, automatic, engrossing attention. Every human being, if born healthy, their potentials are prepared to acquire genius, provided that circumstances encounter them, igniting in them a renewed passion, never fading, and an interest, automatic, strong, and unceasing. The biographies of geniuses confirm that genius is conditioned by strong, automatic, engrossing attention, which reaches the level of obsession and continuous total absorption. Even Einstein’s extraordinary genius was only in the field of physics and mathematics, where he was driven by deep, renewed passion for inquiry and reflection, and a strong, automatic, engrossing interest. He even described himself as obsessed. Therefore, education will not yield the fruits commensurate with the effort of ages, money, and energies invested unless an effective method is found to ensure engaging students’ passion and igniting their interest. But if learning continues by force or necessity, the results will remain weak, because it is contrary to human nature’s spontaneity. Human potentials are great potentials. But no method has been found to ignite passion and unlock potentials, which has made genius confined to a few individuals. All great civilization in all its magnificent manifestations is nothing but applications of individual genius flashes, which were the fruits of strong, automatic, engrossing attention. The history of civilization confirms the following facts: • That the civilizational developments achieved in all fields have been the result of the minds of a very limited number of extraordinary pioneers who moved against the currents throughout human history. And even if they gathered, their number would not exceed that of passengers on a large airplane or a large train; they represent an anomaly among the vast multitude of blind humanity. • That pioneering, extraordinary ideas in all stages of history came as fleeting flashes amid dark, dense darkness, and all of them, without exception, faced rejection and resistance, a rejection that could last for centuries, as in the case of discovering that the Earth is not the center of the universe; this discovery remained buried for more than eighteen centuries until Copernicus rediscovered it.
